All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs will automatically be added during checkout. Please take note of the possible charges and free shipping* in the table below. We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. A separate email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed. However, at peak periods, this may not be possible.

1. We do not hold responsibilities on any delay in delivery process by shipping/logistic company cause by Force Mejeure event.

2."Force Majeure Event" shall mean an act of God including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm or other natural disaster; act of any sovereign including but not Limited to war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalisation, requisition, destruction or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority or imposition of government sanction embargo or similar action; law, judgement, order, decree, embargo, blockade, labour dispute including but not limited strike, lockout or boycott; a ban on the export of sand by the Country of Origin; any other matter or cause beyond the control of the company.

Delivery & Shipping Times

Refusal of Shipment & Non-Payment of Duties

If an international order is refused upon delivery or if duties and taxes are not paid, the shipment may be returned to us or abandoned by customs. In such cases:
