BESPOKE, CUSTOM ORDER, MADE-TO-MEASURE SERVICE REGULATIONS

By paying a deposit for our service and/or product, you shall be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of sale. From here on ‘you’ refers to the customer and ‘us’/’we’/’our’ refers to Multilabel Group Sdn. Bhd.

ORDER

To avoid disappointment please take note to place your order 3 to 4 months before the date you require the item by.

PAYMENT

Full payment must be paid on all orders on the day the order is made. No exchange or refunds can be given in the event of cancellation of any part of bespoke or custom orders or made-to-measure order.

No goods may be taken after the amount has been paid for in full.

Extra charges will be incurred for change of mind on fabric colour, design, or any alterations after confirmation has been made.

In the event when the extra cost is not agreeable, the order will be processed according to the initial confirmed design.

SIZE CONFIRMATION

In the event of inaccurate size orders or inaccurate measurements provided or change of body measurements due to weight loss or gain, we are not liable to make any alterations.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please wash and look after your garment as instructed. All our items are dry clean unless other- wise labelled.

Please note that most of our fabrics are very delicate so pay attention when wearing jewellery and carrying handbags.

We are not responsible for any damage to the items after they have been sold.

FITTING

Fitting is only done with sample fabric and not actual dress fabric.

We only provide one time fitting session.

All further alterations, and fit of the dress MUST be communicated during the fitting.

Any changes that are not communicated 24 hours after the fitting cannot be taken into account unless agreed by us. Any changes beyond that will be billed separately.

CHARGES

All custom and bespoke items are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.

Do note that there will be additional surcharges incurred for the following: Any alterations to the initially requested design

Any alterations that are requested on short notice

Any alterations that require additional material to be used

Repeated requests for changes to the custom/bespoke design are not permitted after confirmation.
